Services
Health & Behavioral Care Center provides psychiatric and mental health services including medication management, psychotherapy, psychiatric evaluations, and telehealth services. Our services are available to patients of all ages (preteens, teens, adults, and seniors) in the state of Florida.
Appointments & Cancellations
- Appointments can be booked through our website, Headway, or Alma.
- We require 24-hour notice for cancellations.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
Telehealth Services
Our telehealth services are conducted through HIPAA-compliant video platforms. By using telehealth services, you consent to receiving care through electronic means.
Insurance & Payment
We accept most major insurance plans. Patients are responsible for any co-pays, deductibles, or out-of-pocket costs. Self-pay rates are available upon request.
Confidentiality
All patient information is kept confidential in accordance with HIPAA regulations. We will not share your information without your written consent except as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
Health & Behavioral Care Center is not a crisis intervention center. In case of a mental health emergency, please call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.
